This hotel in the San Blas area of Cusco exceeded our expectations in many ways. the value for money was fantastic, with reasonable prices for such a charming and well-located hotel. The staff's attention to detail was impressive - they upgraded our room without us even asking, providing us with a room that had a good view. They also allowed our friends to store their baby items upstairs, going above and beyond to accommodate their needs. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with a cozy "matrimonial" bed that ensured a restful sleep. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, providing a satisfying start to our day exploring the beautiful city.
All was perfect, no improvements needed!

Pretty hotel, nice room, interesting location
For a supposedly high end and relatively pricey room, the services and features were not great and expensive to boot. The other hotel we stayed in while in Cusco (Terre Andina) was much cheaper while services and features were much better -- E.G., free transport to and from hotel (Casa Andina's charges were high and they made mistakes in billing); free bottled water in rooms; restaurant on premises, which was especially helpful with altitude sickness on first day; fantastic free breakfast buffet (Casa Andina had mediocre free breakfast buffet and no restaurant). Also, the San Blas location was difficult/dangerous for walking due to big cars and vans on narrow streets.

The location was great, the property clean and the staff was friendly.
The free wifi was slow and we had problems with the paid wifi, but just a minor inconvenience.

Staying in San Blas area was great as it was quiet and near the main square and shops. the staff were friendly and helpful during our stay. the room had a nice view of the surrounding area and the breakfast provided was decent.
The slow and unstable wifi connection made it difficult to stay connected.

Cleanliness, great breakfast, helpful staff, and a perfect location. It's close to everything, yet far enough from the crowds. The hotel is situated in San Blas, just a short walk from the main square and with beautiful mountain views from our room.
There was nothing we didn't like.

We had a fantastic stay at Casa Andina in Cusco. The hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore the main attractions of the city. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was friendly and always ready to assist us with any questions or requests. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and warm hospitality.

Great view from the room and very comfortable beds. The location is ideal, near shopping areas and with easy access to tours. The staff's attention was excellent, always willing to help us with any request and providing us with all the information needed for our city trip.
The breakfast food variety could have been better. The room walls were a bit thin, and we could hear our neighbors talking at night, which made it difficult to sleep.
